Terms of Use
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Cricket Hub website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.
Permitted use
You may use the Service to read and follow cricket information for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may link to our pages. You may not republish, resell or systematically redistribute the content or data presented on the Service.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Intellectual property
The Cricket Hub name, logo, site design and original editorial content are owned by Cricket Hub. Team names, competition names, logos and other third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners, and nothing on the Service transfers rights in them to us or to you.
Cricket information and data
Scores, scorecards, fixtures, results and statistics are provided for general information. They may be delayed, incomplete, corrected or updated, and must not be relied upon for betting, financial or other decisions. Our Disclaimer sets out these limitations in full.
Third-party services and links
The Service depends on third-party providers, including our hosting platform and sports data services, and may link to third-party websites. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Prohibited activities
- Automated scraping, crawling for bulk extraction, or copying data at scale.
- Attempting to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Reverse-engineering or interfering with the Service or its security features.
- Using the Service unlawfully, or to submit abusive, misleading or infringing content.
Availability of the Service
We aim to keep the Service available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be added, changed, suspended or withdrawn, and the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cricket Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on cricket information presented on the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service develops. The version published on this page is the version that applies, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
